Order

Whether an item will be restocked or not differs per product. 
We understand that you want your order te be delivered as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2pm are shipped the same day. Backordered items ship within 1-2 weeks. This means that you often receive your order the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will shipped on Monday. Please note that the delivery times are an indication, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. 
After placing your order it is no longer possible to change your order. Your order is processed immediately by our people from the warehouse. 
You can request your password by clicking on login and then on “forgot password?”. Here you enter your e-mail adress and then you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to reset your password. 
No that is not necessary. You can place an order with or without an account. 
Items in your shopping cart or on your wish list are not reserved. It is not possible to reserve products. 

Return or exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return for free. You are therefore responsible for the returning costs. 
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it by sending it back to the following address:

Please make sure the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, and include a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) inside the package.
As soon as we have received your return, it takes about 10 working days before we refund your money. 

Delivery

No, after your order has been placed it is no longer possible to make a change to your order. 
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you complete your order, based on the items you have selected and their total weight. The delivery address you provide is also included in the calculation, so that the shipping price is correctly tailored to your order and destination. Do you place an order above €75, then you get FREE shipping! 
We ship all orders with track & trace. You will reveid the track & trace link by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you have an online gift card or discount code? You can enter the discount code on the page of your shopping cart. Enter the discount code at ‘discount code’ and then click on ‘apply’.
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. It is possible that this e-mail ends up in your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please contact us by e-mail ([email protected]).

Our customer service aims to answer your question within 2 working days. On weekends our customer service is closed and no message will be answered.
