Terms and conditions
Part A. General provisions
Article 1. Who we are
Gigacrea is a trade name of:
- Unicraft BV (private limited company)
- Registered office and returns address: Daalstraat 35 bus 1, 3832 Wellen, Belgium
- Company number: 0727.472.581, RLE Antwerp, Tongeren division
- VAT number: BE 0727.472.581
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: +32 12 22 52 26 (Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:00, Friday 8:30 to 15:00)
In these terms and conditions, we refer to Unicraft BV as "Gigacrea", "we" or "us".
Article 2. Scope
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and contracts via gigacrea.com, in all language versions.
2.2. Part B applies if you buy as a consumer: a natural person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Part C applies if you buy as a business customer: a company, association, school or other organisation, or a person who buys for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. Part A applies to everyone.
2.3. You accept these terms and conditions when you place an order. You can read and save them before you order. After your order, you also receive them as a PDF with the confirmation email.
2.4. The general terms and conditions of a business customer do not apply, unless we agree to them in writing.
2.5. Your order is governed by the version of these terms and conditions that applied at the time of your order.
Article 3. Offer and product information
3.1. We describe our products as accurately and completely as possible: composition, quantity, dimensions, use and safety information. Photos show the product as faithfully as possible. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.
3.2. An obvious error in the offer (for example a price that is clearly wrong) does not bind us. If we notice such an error after your order, we will let you know immediately. You then choose whether to keep the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If you cancel, we refund everything within 14 days.
Article 4. Prices
4.1. All prices on gigacrea.com are in euros and include VAT and all other mandatory taxes. If we deliver to another EU country, we charge the VAT of that country. The price including VAT stays the same.
4.2. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They depend on the country of delivery and the weight of your order. You see them in your shopping cart and at checkout, before you order. The overview per country is on the Shipping and delivery page.
4.3. Before you click "Order and pay", you see the total price: products, VAT, shipping costs and any discount. That is the full amount you pay. No other costs are added.
4.4. The price at the time of your order is the price that applies. Later price changes do not affect an order you have already placed.
Article 5. Promotions and discounts
5.1. A temporary promotion always states its duration, for example "Offer valid until 31-12-2026". A promotion is valid up to and including the last day of that period, until 23:59 Belgian time.
5.2. If you order during the promotion period, the promotional price applies to your order, even if the promotion ends afterwards.
5.3. When we reduce a price, we show as the reference price the lowest price that applied to that product in the 30 days before the promotion.
5.4. You can use a discount code once, unless stated otherwise. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined, unless stated otherwise.
Article 6. Ordering and formation of the contract
6.1. You order in these steps: you add products to your shopping cart, enter your details, choose a shipping and payment method and check the summary of your order. Up to the last step, you can change everything or go back.
6.2. The contract is formed at the moment you click the "Order and pay" button. That click entails an obligation to pay.
6.3. Immediately afterwards, you receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order, these terms and conditions and the model withdrawal form as a PDF.
6.4. We can only refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason, for example a suspicion of fraud, an obvious error (article 3.2) or a product that unexpectedly can no longer be supplied. We will let you know immediately and refund everything within 14 days.
6.5. The contract ends when we have delivered all ordered products and you have paid the full price. Your right of withdrawal (article B1) and the legal guarantee (article B3) continue to apply after that for the periods stated there.
Article 7. Payment
7.1. You pay when you order. We accept Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Pay Button, iDEAL, EPS, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer. Which methods are available depends on your country; you see them at checkout and on the Shipping and delivery page.
7.2. Online payments are processed by our payment service provider Mollie. We do not see your card or bank details.
7.3. If you choose bank transfer, we ship after we receive your payment. The delivery period of article 8 then runs from that receipt. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days, the order lapses.
Article 8. Delivery and delivery periods
8.1. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout and on the Shipping and delivery page. We do not deliver to other countries.
8.2. Products in stock are shipped on the same working day if you order before 14:00 (Friday before 13:00). If you order later, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Belgian public holiday, we ship on the next working day.
8.3. After shipping, we deliver within these periods:
- Belgium and the Netherlands: no later than 2 working days
- France, Germany and Luxembourg: no later than 4 working days
- Other countries: no later than 7 working days
8.4. Products that are not in stock are delivered no later than 30 days after your order. You can see on the product page and at checkout whether a product is not in stock. If your order contains products with different delivery periods, we may deliver in several shipments, at no extra cost to you.
8.5. If we cannot meet a delivery period, we will tell you in advance and on our own initiative. You then choose: you agree to a new delivery period, or you terminate the contract free of charge. If you terminate the contract, we refund everything you paid within 14 days, including the shipping costs.
8.6. You receive an email with a track-and-trace link as soon as your parcel leaves.
8.7. If your parcel is visibly damaged, let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. That helps us resolve it quickly with the carrier. Your rights as a consumer remain intact even if you report it later.
Article 9. Force majeure
9.1. Force majeure is an event beyond our control that we could not reasonably foresee or avoid, such as a natural disaster, fire, war, a strike at the carrier or a government measure. As long as the force majeure lasts, we suspend performance and let you know immediately.
9.2. If the force majeure lasts longer than the delivery period, you can terminate the contract free of charge. We then refund everything within 14 days.
Article 10. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our privacy statement.
Article 11. Intellectual property
The texts, photos, videos, manuals and design of gigacrea.com belong to Unicraft BV or its suppliers. You may not copy them without our written permission.
Article 12. Applicable law
12.1. Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
12.2. For consumers, the competent court is determined by the statutory rules; you can always bring a case before the court of your place of residence. For business customers, see article C7.
Part B. Specific provisions for consumers
Article B1. Right of withdrawal
B1.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
B1.2. The period starts on the day after you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), received the product. If you order several products that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day after you received the last product.
B1.3. How do you withdraw? Inform us within those 14 days of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You can do this in three ways:
- using the online withdrawal form; you immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email;
- using the model form attached as a PDF to your confirmation email, or found below, by email to [email protected] or by post;
- with another clear statement by email or by post.
You withdraw in time if you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
B1.4. Returning the products. After your notice, you have a further 14 days to send the products back to Unicraft BV, Daalstraat 35 bus 1, 3832 Wellen, Belgium. You return them in time if you send the parcel before those 14 days have expired.
B1.5. Cost of returning. You bear the direct cost of returning the products. You choose how to return them: with a return label from our returns portal, from 6.95 euros (the exact price depends on country and weight and is shown in the portal), or with a carrier of your choice, at your own expense. You pay for a label from the portal directly in the portal.
B1.6. Refund. We refund all payments we received from you, including the costs of delivery (except the extra cost if you chose a more expensive shipping method than our cheapest standard delivery). We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we have received the products back, or until you have shown that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
B1.7. We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree to another means of payment. A refund costs you nothing. We never give a voucher or discount code instead of a refund, unless you ask for one yourself.
B1.8. Product and packaging. Return the products in their original, undamaged packaging, with all parts. During the cooling-off period, you may only handle a product as you would in a shop: look at it and check whether it is what you expected. If the packaging has been opened or damaged, or you have (partly) used the product, we will charge the resulting reduction in value. This can amount to the full value if the product can no longer be sold.
B1.9. Exceptions. You cannot withdraw for:
- products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items (for example resin or wax that you have already mixed or melted);
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery. This applies to liquids, powders and pastes in sealed packaging, such as Jesmonite, resin, pigment, wax, soap base and fragrance oil.
Article B2. Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
To: Unicraft BV (Gigacrea), Daalstraat 35 bus 1, 3832 Wellen, Belgium, [email protected]
I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*):

Article B3. Legal guarantee
B3.1. All products come with a 2-year legal guarantee from delivery. A product must conform to what we promised and be fit for normal use.
B3.2. The legal guarantee is free of charge for you. If there is a defect, we repair or replace the product. If that is not possible, or not possible within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund.
B3.3. A defect that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the product or of the defect.
B3.4. Report a defect within 2 months of discovering it, by email to [email protected].
B3.5. Products with a limited shelf life (such as resin, wax, fragrance oil or pigment) must perform as intended until the expiry date on the packaging, provided they are stored according to the instructions. Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions for use or the safety information is not covered by the guarantee.
B3.6. Any commercial guarantee from the manufacturer is in addition to the legal guarantee and does not limit it.
Article B4. Complaints
B4.1. Do you have a complaint? Let us know via [email protected], +32 12 22 52 26 or by post. We confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and give a substantive reply within 14 days. More information is on the Complaints page.
B4.2. If we are still unable to resolve the matter together, you can, as a consumer, turn to Becom. Becom will mediate between the consumer and the seller if the complaint appears to be well-founded at first sight. You can reach them via the complaint form at https://becom.digital/klachten or in writing: Markiesstraat 1, 1000 Brussels, [email protected].
B4.3. You can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service of the Belgian federal government: North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, +32 2 702 52 00, [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint online via consumerombudsman.be/submitting-a-file.
Article B5. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the statutory rules. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to the instructions for use or the safety information that we supply with it or state on the product page. This never limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or bodily injury.
Part C. Specific provisions for business customers
Article C1. Scope
This part applies if you buy as a business customer (article 2.2). The consumer rules of Part B (right of withdrawal and legal guarantee for consumers) then do not apply. In the event of a conflict, Part C takes precedence over Part A.
Article C2. Prices and invoicing
C2.1. For business customers too, we show prices including VAT. You receive a VAT invoice in the name of your company if you enter your company name and VAT number when ordering. If you enter a valid VAT number from an EU country other than Belgium, we invoice without VAT (intra-Community supply, VAT reverse charge). We check the number via the European VIES system.
C2.2. For larger volumes or fixed price agreements, we refer you to our wholesale business Unicraft (unicraft.be). The general terms and conditions of Unicraft apply to those purchases.
Article C3. Payment
C3.1. You pay when you order. If payment on invoice has exceptionally been agreed, you pay within 30 days of the invoice date.
C3.2. In the event of late payment of an invoice, interest for late payment is due by operation of law and without notice of default, in accordance with the Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, as well as fixed compensation of 10% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum of 40 euros.
Article C4. Ownership and risk
C4.1. The products remain the property of Unicraft BV until the full price has been paid.
C4.2. Risk passes at the moment of delivery to the agreed address.
Article C5. Delivery and complaints
C5.1. The delivery periods of article 8 also apply to business customers. In the event of late delivery, you can cancel the order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. Any further compensation for late delivery is excluded.
C5.2. Report visible defects and missing or incorrect products by email to [email protected] within 8 days of delivery. Report hidden defects within 8 days of discovering them and no later than 12 months after delivery.
C5.3. We only take back purchased products with our prior agreement.
Article C6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of production or damage to third parties, except in the case of wilful misconduct or fraud.
Article C7. Competent court
Disputes with business customers fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Unicraft BV (Tongeren division).
